We suggest a minimum of 2-3 weeks prior to your event. However, since we only accept a limited amount of orders per week, we recommend that you secure our services as soon as possible.
Please note: Custom cake designs may require more time, we recommend 2-3 months advanced notice to allow sufficient time for cake designer to work on your design. Call us for possible exceptions.

Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
However, we strongly recommend utilizing our delivery service to ensure your cake is handled and transported with the utmost care.
Once an order has been picked up and leaves our facility, Elegant Temptations is no longer responsible for any damage or issues that may occur.
To ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail, all custom cake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your event date and initiates the design and production process.
The remaining balance is due in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Orders not paid in full by this time may be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our work and the time reserved specifically for your order, we are unable to offer refunds once production timelines have begun.
